Which positive impressions did you get?

Wir erhielten ein kostenfreies Upgrade in das Hotel Bülow Palais. Das Zimmer war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten vorbereitet. Sauna und Fitness sind ebenfalls sehr hübsch und sauber, Handtücher und Bademantel liegen dort stets bereit, wir finden einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist schick angerichtet und wartet mit einigen Überraschungen auf, wie z.B. Frühstücks-Tapas. Einchecken war sogar kurz vor der frühesten vorgesehenen Uhrzeit schon möglich, was uns bei unserer Rundreise entgegenkam, und dies ohne dies vorher anzukündigen. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Kleine Wünsche wurden immer freundlich erfüllt. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt ruhig und erholsam. Vom Hotel aus sind zu Fuß alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Ausgangsposition zur Stadtführung usw. sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Wir haben gleich eine Pizzeria um die Ecke gefunden, auch dort nette Bedienung und schmackhafte Pizza.

Leider wurden wir im Tochterhotel untergebracht, dass nicht der Sterneklassifizierung entsprach. Der Wellnessbereich war im anderen Hotel. Zudem wurde uns Wellness/Sauna inklusive angeboten (schriftliche Bestätigung per E-Mail), was dann bei check out verneint wurde und somit nachgezahlt werden musste.

Kaffee und Ei wurden beim Frühstück gebracht, was in Stoßzeiten sehr lange dauerte. Für 24,00 Euro war die Auswahl zu wenig, sonst gut.

im SPA-Bereich steht eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Für mich, als Kaffeetrinker, der ein solches Gerät nicht kennt, war es nicht möglich, den gewünschten Kaffee aufzubrühen: Der Kaffee war ungenießbar. Ich habe mir dann einen über den Roomservice bestellt (das klappte schnell und unkompliziert und der schmeckte auch.) auf dem Zimmer (36) liefen nur zwei Fernsehprogramme.

der Einstieg der Duschen hat nur eine Öffnung von 30cm, wo nicht jedermann durch passt und somit die Dusche nicht nutzen kann. In der Juniorsuite reicht die Klimaanlage nicht aus um das ganze Zimmer zu kühlen. Ferner sollte doch auch darauf hingewiesen werden das die Garage kostenpflichtig ist.
