Family-run hotel in the city center, near the main train station, quiet area. 15 minute walk to the historic city centre, 20 comfortably equipped guest rooms in a restored Neorenaissancevilla with shower / WC, satellite TV with flat screen TV, direct dial telephone (ISDN) and hair dryer. The evening restaurant with national and international cuisine (Mon-Sat), bar, beer garden, ample parking next to the house (3,00 EUR per night), lift, air conditioning non smoking floor, smoke alarm, house alarm, wireless Internet access in the rooms (free of charge )

Eine gute Lage (direkt am Hauptbahnhof, zwischen TU Dresden und Innenstadt, beides ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, dennoch sehr ruhig), ein schönes Gebäude, Zimmer sind groß und hell, die Bäder neu gemacht, das Personal freundlich, die Matratzen gut, Frühstück ebenfalls ausreichend und gut.

Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig 'altbacken'. Wichtig: Zimmer war für Allergiker nicht geeignet (mit Textil bespanntes Bettgestell, alter und fleckiger Teppichboden, altes Sofa und Sessel; furchtbar stinkende Gummie-Schreibtischunterlage.

Dass man neuerdings eine sog. Beherbungssteuer entrichten muss in Dresden hat mich schon sehr gestört. Aber das hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun, die kann da ja gar nichts dafür.

Frühstück Spitze, Bedienung. Freundlichkeit etc. sehr lobenswert familiärer Eindruck bei weiteren Dresden-Besuchen werden wir vsl wieder auf dieses Hotel zugreifen
