A warm welcome! Look forward to a relaxing holiday in a quiet, sunny and well-kept location. Nestled in an almost untouched natural landscape. Our family-run guesthouse is the ideal starting point for alpine and mountain hikes as well as varied hiking and mountain tours in the Berchtesgadener Land and is located at the foot of the Hochstaufen, nestled in an almost untouched natural landscape, in the district of Karlstein. We have cosy feel-good blankets for the balcony in your flat. Sun loungers and parasols are available at any time on our sunbathing lawn. We look forward to your booking!

Environment description

Traditional events and festivals await you in the town and in neighbouring Berchtesgaden or Salzburg and are easily accessible. Enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Reichenhall mountain scenery from your holiday flat. On beautiful summer days, the picturesquely located Thumsee (a clean and clear natural bathing lake) invites you to swim and relax after a 20-minute walk.

Arrival Description

On the A8 Munich - Salzburg motorway, take the Bad Reichenhall exit. At the roundabout after the motorway exit, take the B20 towards Bad Reichenhall. Follow the road until the right-hand exit Inzell/Karlstein/Hochstaufenkaserne. Cross the Kreta -/ Saalach bridge and the traffic lights. After approx. 200 m turn right into "Lange Gasse" until the next crossroads. Turn left here, cross a small bridge and leave the main road in the direction of Bruckthal. Follow the road up the hill for another 500 m until you reach our country house on the right-hand side.
