The new Klosterhof was reopened on 1 July 2016 as a sophisticated Premium Hotel & Health Resort in the 4* Superior sector. A total of 65 suites, spa lofts and panoramic rooms are available to guests, in unspoilt nature and with breathtaking views. The heart of the Klosterhof is the 500-year-old traditional house, whose stones, vaults and history have been integrated. The well-known Zeno and Hallgrafenstuben also remain what they have always been for many as our á la carte restaurant "Klosterhofstuben" with the accompanying monastery terrace: The most beautiful place to enjoy outstanding cuisine in the Reichenhall valley.

Henrike and Andreas Färber have firmly set out to define a new standard. Arrival Description

Directions: A little hidden and therefore in such a unique location: By car: Leave the A8 Munich-Salzburg at the Bad Reichenhall motorway junction. On the B20, follow the signs to Bad Reichenhall and on to Berchtesgaden until you reach Bayerisch Gmain. After the town sign, turn left at the first junction. Here and in the further course you will find signs leading you to the monastery yard. In Schillerallee you turn right at the second junction (Am Hessing) and again right at the second junction into Feuerwehrheimstraße. Follow this road until it becomes Steilhofweg after two right-angled bends and you are driving directly towards the Klosterhof. From Munich you can reach us in about 1 hour 20 minutes (135km), the city centre of Salzburg is less than 25 minutes away (19km). Please enter the Feuerwehrheimstraße Nr. 54 in your navigation system, as Steilhofweg 19 is not stored in many navigation systems. GPS coordinates: 47.73001493041396, 12.89294958114624 By train / bus: The train station Bayerisch Gmain is served almost every hour. Via Freilassing there are connections to the rest of the world. We would be pleased to pick you up from the train station in Bayerisch Gmain with our hotel's own shuttle free of charge. On request we can also pick you up from Salzburg train station. Please let us know your arrival dates in good time. By plane: We are also easy to reach by plane. Salzburg airport is only 15 km away. Munich airport is 170 km away. On request we can also pick you up from the airport. Please let us know your arrival dates in time. On foot: On foot you walk from the centre of Bad Reichenhall up to the Moltke oak and reach the monastery courtyard following the signs along the old oak avenue in less than 20 minutes.
