Lounge chairs are provided, and children can play in the nearby small forest where the stream meanders through. Shared parking is available on-site, though the final 100 meters require walking on an unpaved meadow path. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. The property is accessible by train at 3 km and bus at 400 meters. Mobile phone reception varies by network but is available on the property grounds.
