“Chiemsee Apartment 17” is a modern and yet cosy one-bedroom apartment that meets the highest quality standards. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers a modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a sizeable garden with a terrace that faces the south.

The underground parking place is close to the elevator that leads to the apartment. There is also a bicycle area with two bicycles that belong to the apartment (free to use). In the basement, there is a storage area that can be used e.g. for skis.

Chiemsee lake

Chiemsee is great for all seasons. In summer it offers a variety of water sports options such as swimming, sailing, paddling and windsurfing. Enjoy the sunset at one of the beach bars that offer drinks and snacks, or go for fine dining at one of the restaurants. Jogging, bicycle tours and (nordic) walking are popular activities in all seasons. During the winter period, it is only a 30 min drive to "Steinplatte" the largest Skiiing resort in Germany, located in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The “Chiemsee Apartment 17” address is Feldwieser Str. 50, 83236 in Übersee. The apartment can be reached by car (e.g. using the A8 highway). The Übersee train station is a ca. 8 min walk from the apartment and provides connections to main cities such as Munich and Salzburg, both cities with airports.
