“Chiemsee Apartment 17” is a modern and yet cosy one-bedroom apartment that meets the highest quality standards. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers a modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a private garden with a sizeable terrace that faces the south. Accommodation for children available upon request.

The underground parking place is conveniently located near the elevator to the apartment. There is also a secure bicycle parking as well as a lockable storage room in the basement suitable for items such as skis.

Chiemsee lake

Chiemsee is great for all seasons. In summer it offers a variety of water sports options such as swimming, sailing, paddling and windsurfing. Enjoy the sunset at one of the beach bars that offer drinks and snacks, or go for fine dining at one of the restaurants. Jogging, bicycle tours and (nordic) walking are popular activities in all seasons. During the winter period, it is only a 30 min drive to "Steinplatte" the largest Skiiing resort in Germany, located in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The Übersee train station is a ca. 8 min walk from the apartment and provides connections to main cities such as Munich and Salzburg, both cities with airports.
