The cozy apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house in a residential area outside the town center in the health resort Übersee am Chiemsee.
The approx.75 m2 DG loft has a generous living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a large south-facing balcony with a view of our local mountains. The separate bedroom with duvets and bed linen in comfort size (155x220cm) and suitable for allergy sufferers, provides a lying view of the Upper Bavarian starry sky with option for shooting stars but also for complete darkening. Crossing the hallway leads to the bathroom.
 
All living rooms (except the bathroom and the hallway) have hardwood floors. Internet/washing machine/towels/dish towels/bed linen and a parking space in front of the house are also included in the price.

Das Chiemseeufer ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Berge greifbar und Radwege führen in alle Himmelsrichtungen!  

Die großzügig geschnittene und gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist der perfekte Rückzugs-und Ausgangsort und befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses in einem Wohngebiet außerhalb der Ortsmitte im Luftkurort Übersee am Chiemsee.  

Das ca. 75 qm große DG-Loft verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem weitläufigen Süd-Balkon mit Blick auf unsere Hausberge.
 Das separate Schlafzimmer mit Bettdecken und Bettwäsche in Komfortgröße (155x220cm) und Allergiker geeignet, gewährt liegend einen Blick in den oberbayerischen Sternenhimmel mit Option auf Sternschnuppen aber auch auf komplette Verdunkelung. 
Kreuzt man den Flur, so erreicht man das Badezimmer.

Alle Wohnräume (ausser dem Bad und dem Flur) sind mit Massivholzböden ausgestattet. 
Internet/Waschmaschine/Handtücher/Geschirrhandtücher/Bettwäsche und ein PKW Stellplatz vor dem Haus sind ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen.
