Our house is situated in a quiet location in Übersee am Chiemsee. The new, comfortable and high quality holiday flat with modern furnishings offers 2 large balconies. East and west side. Various excursion destinations in the surrounding area are within easy reach. 

terms/extras

The prices quoted include the tourist tax of € 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 7 to 16 years: € 0,50. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 April to 31 October) and € 0,40 per person/night for adults and children from 7 to 16 years. Children under 7 years: € 0,00 (1 November to 31 March).

30% deposit after booking. Balance 7 days before arrival. Bank details will be sent to the guest by e-mail. Key handover on site.

Departure: until 10:00 a.m.

Arrival Description

A8 Munich-Salzburg. Exit Übersee, approx. 4 km in the direction of Übersee Ortsmitte. At the sign at the end of the village, before the bridge over the stream, turn left into Kiem-Pauli-Weg, sharp left turn. Last house on the left, dead end.

Wohnung und Einrichtung neuwertig. Alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Sehr gute Infomappe zur Gegend und möglichen Aktivitäten. Sehr gute Infomappe zur Einstellung der E-Geräte. Unsere Enkel, 6 und 7 Jahre, waren sehr willkommen und konnten Spielgeräte im Garten benutzen.

Lage der Wohnung ist am Rand von Übersee, war uns jedoch bekannt und auch nicht wirklich negativ.
