The apartment is in a quiet location in the centre of Übersee. In front of the detached house is a spacious courtyard, which invites you to play and romp around. A quiet street leads past at a distance of approx. 100m. The village centre is a three-minute walk away. The south-facing balcony shows the panorama of the Chiemgau mountains. You can relax on a small lawn for sunbathing.
The main part of the holiday flat is on the 1st floor, in the attic there are two spacious bedrooms. A narrow steep staircase leads to the attic. Access to the smaller bedroom is via a connecting door in the larger bedroom. The flat is suitable for families as well as sprightly people.
