Furthermore, there is a sofa with coffee table and an armchair in the living area. The sofa is designed as a very comfortable sofa bed, as it consists of a mattress and slatted frame, so that you sleep on it like in a bed. In addition, there is a large TV in the living area on the ground floor as well as a workstation hidden in the wardrobe. Upstairs is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and another possibility to watch TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious modern bathroom with WC and shower. It is a beautiful, bright daylight bathroom. The whole suite can be darkened by pleated blinds and opaque curtains, so that you can sleep in the dark even in summer.
From the living area you have direct access to your own spacious sun terrace with a wonderful view of the park and the nature reserve. Due to the southern orientation, you have sun until evening. The terrace is equipped with high-quality outdoor furniture from Kartell. A table with 4 chairs so that you can enjoy your coffee or a nice breakfast in the morning with a magnificent view. Or in the evening, on balmy summer evenings, a glass of wine with delicious food. Each flat is also equipped with a portable LED outdoor lamp from Sompex. This lights up for 2 days and can be taken outside by our guests, so that you also have cosy light on the outdoor table in the dark. When the lamp gets weak, you can simply recharge it in the flat.

The LifeStyle Suite is completely in keeping with its name, designed according to today's lifestyle in combination with a smart living space solution. Our flats are, similar to a hotel; fully equipped. You do not need to bring anything with you. Towels, made-up beds, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. are provided. If you stay more than three nights, you will receive fresh towels.
There is a panorama sauna available for you in the outdoor area. The use of the sauna does not have to be announced in advance. Due to the increased energy costs, sauna use during your stay costs a one-time fee of € 10 gross per person. Upon arrival, we show our guests how they can also switch on the sauna independently, so that our guests can also go to the sauna at 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. in the evening. Before entering the sauna, you simply turn the existing sign to "occupied". Then the other guests can see that the sauna is occupied. Since a sauna session lasts a maximum of 15 minutes, the tacit coordination between our guests works great even when all our flats are occupied. Bathrobes can be rented for a fee of €10. Bathing slippers can also be purchased.
Children are very welcome. For the little ones, we provide a travel cot, high chair and bottle warmer free of charge on request. There is a small playground outside.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out of the window into the beautiful landscape. The windows can be completely darkened with appropriate pleated blinds. In the spacious living / dining area you will find a large modern and fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, which leaves nothing to be desired. Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. are available. Adjacent to the cooking island is a table with space for 4 people. In the living area you will find a sofa bed in bed quality, because it has a mattress and a slatted frame, so that you can spend the night on it very well. Therefore, the flat is also suitable with an occupancy of up to 4 people. Furthermore, you will also find a large TV in the living area. All windows in the living area can also be darkened.

From the bedroom you enter the spacious living room with a large corner sofa, which can be used to sleep 2 more people. You will also find a chest of drawers and a TV. From the living room you reach the front door and the spacious hallway, from which you reach the bathroom and the beautiful, bright eat-in kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs.
Outside in front of the flat, our guests will find a small area with garden furniture for their use.

We offer you stylish, modern rooms in the form of 9 serviced apartments. Another serviced apartment is located in the main house and is called Hofapartment.
You will find free parking spaces at our hotel. So the arrival is quite unproblematic and comfortable.
Our apartments are fully equipped, similar to a hotel. You do not need to bring anything with you. Towels, made beds, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. are available.
Conditions/extras
There is a panoramic sauna available in the outdoor area. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs € 10 gross per person once. Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Bathrobes can be borrowed for a fee of 10 €. Bath slippers can also be purchased.
Children are welcome. For the little ones, we provide a travel cot, high chair and bottle warmer free of charge upon request. In the outdoor area there is a small playground. Children up to and including 7 years sleep with us free of charge.
Your four-legged friends are also welcome in apartments 4, 5, 8 and 10 for an additional daily fee of 10 € / per dog. Upon request, we provide one dog towel per dog per stay. If another apartment is desired for dog use, this is only possible after prior consultation.
