In the living-dining room, which measures approximately 27 square metres, you can make yourself comfortable in a cosy seating area, even when the weather isn’t so good. The dining table, which seats six, is positioned right by the window leading out to the terrace. The terrace is perfect for sunny days. It measures approx. 34 m², of which around 15 m² is covered. A table, armchairs and sun loungers invite you to relax outdoors.

There are two bedrooms, each featuring a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring double bed. Bed linen is provided free of charge. The kitchen is also fully equipped. In addition to crockery, cutlery and the usual small appliances, there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a hob with a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, an egg boiler, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine with filters and pods, a hand mixer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is separated from an entrance hall by a bar. There is a shower room. Here you will also find a mirror and a hairdryer. Towels are provided free of charge. Central heating provides the flat with heat and hot water. Large flat-screen TVs are mounted on the walls in both the living room and the bedrooms. A Bose soundbar is also available. High-speed Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. The living-dining room has a parquet floor covered with carpet. All other surfaces are tiled in white.
