Our spacious holiday apartment offers modern comfort for 2 to 4 people across approximately 65–70 m², with the option to accommodate up to 6 people (via a sofa bed). In an ideal location, you can fully enjoy the untouched nature and the surrounding region. The apartment is located on the lower/garden level and offers direct access to the terrace area. The eco-friendly heating is provided by an air-source heat pump, which operates without raw materials and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

Bedrooms & Amenities:

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with a large box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and a smart tablet.
• Bedroom 2: Equipped with a bed combination (160x200 cm), a wardrobe, lamps, and a smart tablet.

Living Room:
Bright and welcoming, equipped with a flat-screen SMART TV (including streaming services), a sideboard with a collection of games for all ages, a shoe rack and shoehorn, Bluetooth speakers, a sofa bed, an armchair, and many other small details. The large dining table provides space for the whole family and invites you to enjoy meals together.

Bathroom:
Equipped with a rain shower, washbasin, mirror, and toilet.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with all necessary utensils: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, portafilter espresso machine, kettle, and toaster for a relaxed breakfast. A microwave, dishes, cutlery, a knife block, beer, wine and champagne glasses, tea towels, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are also provided.

Washer-Dryer:
Each apartment has its own washer-dryer in the kitchen area. For sustainability reasons, we kindly ask you to dry your laundry outdoors (on the terrace) during the warmer months. Washing machine tabs are provided.

Outdoor Area:

• Terrace: Enjoy a wonderful view of the region in both summer and winter – the perfect place to relax. Feel free to use our garden furniture and parasol to enjoy the sunset with coffee or tea.

Extended Options:
Our apartment can be ideally combined with the other two holiday apartments in the building, making it particularly suitable for larger groups or family vacations with friends.
