Description

Escape in peace and serenity in the heart of the Black Forest. The Gasthaus Staude is situated in a sunny, secluded location at an altitude of 900m and is surrounded by forests and fields.
Sights nearby, as well as Triberg, are easily reached in a 15-minute drive from us.

You will stay in 12 traditionally furnished rooms with solid wood furniture in country house style. All of them are equipped with private bath, shower, sitting area, bathrobes, cosmetic articles and free WLAN.

As a guest you have free access to our log cabin sauna and sun beds are available for you.

Our traditional restaurant invites you to taste the delights of the Black Forest and spoils you with regional delicacies such as Black Forest Vespers, fresh trout, game dishes, seasonal specialities such as asparagus or chanterelles or enjoyable changing menus. Please note that our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and does not serve lunch or dinner.

Road from A5 (57.0 km)
Coming from the A5, take exit 55-Offenburg in the direction of Offenburg/Villingen-Schwenningen/Gengenbach/Kinzigtal.
Merge onto the B33a. Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left to stay on the B33a.
Leave the B3/B33 in direction Villingenß-Schwenningen/Lahr/ Biberach/Kinzigtal/ Gengenbach.
Continue along the B33 via Hornberg through the tunnel and along the road until you see the Gremmelsbach exit.
Take the exit left to Gremmelsbach (Untertal) and drive straight on. Follow the signs to Gasthaus Staude and keep straight on the road until you reach the top of the hill.
At the top of the hill turn right and you will see the Gasthaus Staude on your right.


Road from A81 (35.0 km)
Coming from the A8, take the exit onto the A81.
At the 51-Kreuz Stuttgart on the right hand side follow the 2-lane signs to the A81 in the direction of Singen.
Follow the A81 continuously.
Take exit 35-Villingen-Schwenningen onto the B27 in the direction of Villingen-Schwenningen/St. Georgen/Trossingen.
Continue on the B27 in the direction of Bad Dürrheim.
At the crossroads, turn right onto the B33 towards Offenburg, Villingen-Schwenningen/St. Georgen.
Drive along the B33 past Villingen, St. Georgen in the direction of Triberg.
After the Opel car dealer (Autohaus Bösinger) turn right into a small street.
Follow this road for 3 kilometers and you will find the Gasthaus Staude on your left.


Train from St. Georgen Black Forest (7.2 km)
We recommend you to take the train station St. Georgen in the Black Forest as your destination, as it is closer to the Gasthaus Staude. By taxi you can reach the Gasthaus Staude in 9 minutes by car.
