From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the countryside; a parasol is provided.
The on-site wallbox allows you to charge your electric vehicle overnight, which is particularly handy for shorter stays.
As the hosts, Barbara and Reiner, live on the ground floor, they are available to help with any queries.

Description
The flat Westmünsterland region is ideal for cycling, with a well-developed network of paved country lanes. Bicycles can be hired within walking distance of Marbeck railway station. The area is famous for its picturesque, historic moated castles: in Raesfeld, Lembeck and Borken-Gemen. On fine summer days, a visit to the water park in the neighbouring town of Heiden (4 km) is highly recommended.
It is only a few kilometres to the motorway junction (A31) heading north towards Emden and south towards the Ruhr region (Essen).
Within walking distance of Marbeck railway station, you’ll find ‘Hellas’, a Greek restaurant, as well as a bakery with an adjoining café, which is ideal for breakfast. There is also a small self-service village shop within walking distance, where you can buy everyday groceries from 6 am to 10 pm (An der Ölmühle; payment by debit or credit card).
In the towns of Heiden, Borken and Raesfeld, just a few kilometres away, there is a wide variety of dining options.
