The holiday home is located directly on the Ems on a 2000 square metre plot and is supplied with renewable energy: it has a photovoltaic system and an air-water heat pump.

If you are travelling by electric car, you can charge it directly on site at the wallbox (it is also possible to travel by train and/or bicycle). In this way, the "Emsglück" holiday home makes an important contribution to the preservation of the surrounding "Emsaue" nature reserve and offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy a climate and resource-friendly holiday.

At the same time, the fully equipped holiday home leaves nothing to be desired: After a long walk, you can use the sauna to recharge your batteries. In winter, you won't get cold feet thanks to the underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for catering and thanks to 50 Mbit internet access and SmartTV, you don't have to miss out on the benefits of modern entertainment and communication.
