Die zentral gelegene Wohnung hinter dem Traunsteiner Stadtplatz bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Angebote. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie die Flussdeiche der Traun, städtisches Grün oder die Altstadt - ideal zum Joggen, Radfahren oder Spazierengehen. Mehrere Seen, darunter der Chiemsee mit Schifffahrt zum Schloss Herrenchiemsee sowie der Waginger, Tachinger und Tüttensee, sind schnell erreichbar. Der Königssee liegt nur 60 km entfernt. Von Traunstein aus starten zahlreiche Wanderungen und Radtouren, während die umliegenden Berge Sommer wie Winter unvergessliche alpine Erlebnisse bieten. Für Tagesausflüge sind München (ca. 1 Std.) und die Mozartstadt Salzburg (ca. 30 Min.) ideal. Der Nationalpark Berchtesgaden ist ebenfalls in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft finden Sie das Hofbräuhaus Traunstein, den Stadtpark, Veranstaltungsorte des Kultursommers und zahlreiche Restaurants. Bäckereien, Metzgereien und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar, und ein Café mit Frühstücksvariationen liegt direkt gegenüber.
Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 - Munich direction Salzburg - Exit at Ruhpolding / Siegsdorf / Traunstein.Turn left onto the B306 in the direction of Traunstein. Follow the road for about 5 kilometers (at the first traffic light go straight over until the second traffic light). At the second traffic light turn left towards the city of Traunstein, follow the road for about 1 kilometer past the Karl-Theodor parking lot (P2) up the hill. At the top of the hill, turn right into "Maximilianstraße" and follow this street until you reach the traffic light, where you turn right again into the town square. The pigeon market is located at the back of the town square. For loading and unloading the car can be parked there. Otherwise, we refer you to the free parking lot at the Festplatz (Siegsdorfer Straße) or to the parking possibilities at Karl-Theodor-Platz or the underground parking of the town hall.
