Description

The modernly equipped, 240 sqm and light-filled dream holiday home, is located only seven kilometers from Lake Chiemsee, in the village of Wolkersdorf. The equipment is new and very high quality. Our guests will find a sauna, a fitness bike and various small sports equipment in the wellness room with a view of the mountains. In the dining room a fireplace provides coziness. The house is located in a very quiet area and neighborhood and is therefore not suitable as a party house.

Environment description

Der Hauptort des Chiemgaus, Traunstein, mit mannigfaltigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt rund 3,5 Kilometer entfernt. Von hier aus erreichen Sie mit dem Zug bequem Salzburg (30 Min.), Rosenheim (40 Min), München (1 Std. 20 Min.). Chieming mit einer sehr schönen Promenade und einem ruhigen Strandbad liegt nur sieben Kilometer entfernt. Auch Übersee mit seinem lebhaften Beachclub ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Aus beiden Orten können Sie per Schiff Herrenchiemsee mit dem Schloss König Ludwig des II. und die malerische Fraueninsel erreichen. Wir, Alexandra und Alexander Reus leben mit unseren Kindern in München. Wir nutzen unser Traumhaus in Wolkersdorf in ruhigen Zeiten sehr gern selbst und haben es daher nach unseren Wünschen nud Bedürfnissen ausgestattet. Deshalb freuen wir und über Ihr Feedback besonders und bitten Sie darum, das Haus pfleglich zu behandeln.

In unserem Haus ist alle inklusive, Reinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Neben der Sauna und einem Spinningbike finden Sie viele Spiel, Bücher und Spielsachen für Jung und Alt.

Arrival Description

You can reach the house by car via the A8, take the exit àœbersee and follow the B2096 towards Grabenstätt. Don't drive into the village Grabenstätt, but take the first turn on the right side after the village (B3). You will pass the airfield Grabenstatt. In Erlstätt you will come to the B 2095, which you turn right onto. After approx. 2 km turn left in the direction of Wolkersdorf. You are now on a small country road, which becomes Dorfstraße. Cross the next intersection and turn into the first street on the left (Erlstatterstraße), then take the first street on the right, Obere Bichlstraße. At the end of the street you drive directly to our double garage.You can go by train to Traunstein, Traunstein is on the railroad line Munich-Salzburg.From Traunstein station it is about 3 km. You will find cabs at the station. Avis car rental is Approx. 600 m from the train station (8 minutes walk).Salzburg Airport is about 30 minutes away. From there, take the A8 towards Munich and then follow the directions as described under Directions.Munich Airport is about 1 1/4 hours away, from there take the A8 towards Salzburg and then take the exit as described under Directions. There is a charming, similarly fast route overland, you can find this via navigation devices.
