The two-storey studio house offers a kitchen with a comfortable seating area on the first floor, as well as the checkroom and the bathroom with shower, toilet and parquet floor. An open staircase leads to the spacious upper floor, which extends directly under the roof over an area of 56sqm. On the east side is the sleeping accommodation with a large double bed (1 mattress) and on the west side a cozy living room with sofa and armchair has. To the south there is a view of undeveloped countryside and mountain views. The former studio house of a well-known architect offers a rich library of interesting reference books and entertaining fiction. Also available in the living area is a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player including a large selection of DVD classics. The renovation of the studio house was carried out in 2020 according to building biology criteria. The floors are real wood parquet and traditional cotto.

Description
Bergwiesen is a Einöd estate situated in the most beautiful natural surroundings with a view of the mountains, its own swimming pond, paddocks and stables. Certified as an organic farm, the mountain meadows here are tended with 4 horses and a small group of dwarf cattle in pasture keeping with respect for the natural cycles and cultural landscape aspects. There are some special features: Guests can bring up to 2 of their own horses (boxing-pasture use 25.00 EUR/per day/horse) , which can be set in the farm's own stables incl. grazing. There are wide riding possibilities without crossing the road, as well as a riding arena and a small round riding hall. We also offer guided rides on rental horses (80.00 EUR per person). The property has its own natural swimming pond, an orchard with sunbathing facilities, and there are direct connections to hiking and biking trails. Dogs are welcome (surcharge 10,00 EUR/per day) - the 3 dear house-dogs are looking forward to your visit.
Arrival Description
From A8 Munich Salzburg: Exit Traunstein, 100m direction Traunstein, then turn right Hochberg 3km, always uphill road to Hochberg. Approx. 200m before Hochberg summit turn right small tarred road with sign: Bergwiesen. After 100m before the forest turn right again into private road downhill. Park on the square in front of the estate. From Traunstein: At the Traunstein swimming pool, turn onto the Hochberg district road for 3km, always on an uphill road to Hochberg. Approx. 200m after Hochberg summit drive downhill, then turn right into small tarred road with sign: Bergwiesen. After 100m before the forest turn right again into private road downhill. Park in the lot in front of the property.
