The vacation villa in Chiemgau is located in Wolkersdorf, just outside the town of Traunstein in a beautiful suburb with a magnificent view of the Chiemgau Alps. Guests can enjoy a spacious, newly renovated country house with 340 m² for up to 8 people and a beautiful garden, which invites you to romp and spend cozy summer evenings. In the small winter garden there is a kitchenette (dishes and sink) for catering in the garden. In the stay room the house offers a billiard table and a small fitness room. Just relax, unwind, forget the stress of everyday life and spend happy days with family or friends. All roller blinds with automatic electric control, no need to raise and lower by hand. Alarm security with motion detectors on all house fronts, as well as garage space with elekronischer door opener. Another 3 parking spaces are located in front of the house. In addition, guests have free use of a private lake at Tachinger See (approx. 23km away). The country house is conditionally handicapped accessible - on request the stair lift can be released.
