The holiday apartment is centrally located in Traunstein, only about a 3-minute walk from the town square, with very good transport connections and an ideal starting point for the city’s diverse cultural offerings. It is available for booking all year round.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and features external blinds for additional comfort and privacy. It offers one bedroom with a double bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, making it suitable for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination. A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.

The Chiemgau region around Traunstein is one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, combining Alpine landscapes with gentle hills and lakes. Particularly distinctive is Lake Chiemsee, often referred to as the ‘Bavarian Sea,’ with its islands such as Herreninsel and the Herrenchiemsee Palace.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for nature and outdoor enthusiasts: hiking in the Chiemgau Alps, cycling along scenic routes, or enjoying winter sports during the colder months. At the same time, the region preserves strong Bavarian traditions, including local customs, regional cuisine, and charming villages.

Arrival Description

Autobahn A8 München–Salzburg: Abfahrt Traunstein / Siegsdorf. Der Beschilderung Richtung Traunstein folgen und weiter ins Stadtgebiet bis zum Kreisverkehr fahren. Kurz vorher auf die Scheibenstraße abbiegen und weiter auf die Schützenstraße. Anschließend in die Mühlenstraße abbiegen und dieser bis zur Hausnummer 20 B folgen.
