Holiday flat with 2 separate bedrooms and balcony
The flat is located on the 1st floor and has a very large balcony (23m), one part of which faces east and the other south. On the balcony you will find comfortable high-backed chairs with parasol and table, which invite you to spend some cosy hours. Except for one step to the bathroom, all rooms are barrier-free. The kitchen is fully equipped and has high-quality equipment such as a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, dishes, glasses, pots, pans. The bathroom has a very large barrier-free shower (2x1m), large washbasin and a toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with underfloor and wall heating.

Description
Our house is located in a small village in a rural setting. We have a very spacious terrace with sunbed/play area. Next to the terrace is a children's playground. If you prefer it quieter, you are welcome to retreat to the other side of the house and make yourself comfortable in our pergola by the duck pond. We have 2 small dogs, 2 cats, bantams and mandarin ducks ourselves.
Environment description
With us you can enjoy wonderful hiking or cycling tours. We live 5km from Lake Waginger and approx. 20km from Lake Chiemsee. Our beautiful Bavarian Alps are also a short drive away.
terms/extras
Washing machine and clothes horse are at your disposal (not directly in the holiday flat),various games such as badminton equipment, game collections are available free of charge, cot possible on request for an extra charge.

You can reach us via the A8 exit Grabenstätt via Chieming, Mazing, Polsing or via the A94 exit Waldkraiburg, Taufkirchen, Wiesmühl/Alz, Palling Polsing.
