The high-quality equipment of our 52 sqm non-smoking apartment for 2 persons at a daily rate of 70,--€ contributes significantly to the relaxation of our vacation guests. In addition to satellite TV and radio, there are enough CDs and DVDs available. The internet access (W-LAN) is free of charge. The dining area is located between the well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and the upholstered group.The new senior-friendly 2-bed bedroom has comfort height and is adjustable in the head and foot part. The 100% pure down beds (optionally synthetic beds) in extra length, are a matter of course for our guests.In the bathroom there is a sink, toilet and a shower. In addition to the underfloor heating, an additional radiant heater provides sufficient heat. The use of the washing machine is free of charge. A basic toiletry equipment including a hairdryer is available. In the anteroom there is a wall unit with full-length mirror and shoe rack with seating. A table and 2 chairs with upholstered cushions provide a cozy spot on the covered balcony.The car parking lot is located on the premises.To the historic town square it is a 5-minute walk. To the bathing in the Leitgeringer lake it is approx. 3 km.No pets in our vacation apartment.
