The final cleaning is included in the total price. The tourist tax has to be paid separately according to the local regulations. Payment terms: Please pay the agreed total price in cash upon arrival. Credit card or EC card payments are not possible. Cancellation policy: Cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. We charge 50% up to 14 days before arrival,80% up to 3 days before arrival and 90% of less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not arrive,
we also charge 90% of the agreed total price.
