Eine großzügige helle Ferienwohnung in Haltern am See mit herrlichem Blick auf den Wald. Ideal für entspannende Waldwanderungen im Naturpark Hohe Mark und ein Ort, um die Natur und Ruhe zu genießen. Perfekt geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, kleine Gruppen, Handwerker auf Montage oder auch Paare. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. Herzlich willkommen!
 
Die 95 Quadratmeter große Wohnung besticht durch ihre helle und freundliche Gestaltung, ohne dabei überladen zu wirken. In den beiden Schlafzimmern finden bequem bis zu vier Personen Platz. Ein Babybett steht zusätzlich bereit. Die Couch im Wohnbereich lässt sich zudem in ein Bett für weitere zwei Personen umwandeln.
 
Ein Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer ermöglicht die Nutzung aller gängigen Streaming-Angebote. WLAN ist in jedem Raum und sogar auf der Loggia verfügbar. Zusätzlich steht eine kleine Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen zur Verfügung.
 
Das Tageslicht-Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet, und es gibt ein separates Gäste-WC in der Wohnung.
 
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Ein Hochstuhl für die Kleinen steht ebenfalls bereit. Fahrräder können trocken und sicher abgestellt und bei Bedarf aufgeladen werden. Ein Parkplatz für Ihr Auto befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück.
 
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und ist leider nicht barrierefrei zugänglich. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung untersagt.
