The Schlebbe holiday flat is located on the northern outskirts of Warendorf. The picturesque old town and the NRW state stud can be easily reached on foot or by bike.  The Federal Training Centre for Riding is in the immediate vicinity. Enjoy a stroll through the town centre with its numerous shops and restaurants. Warendorf's market square is approx. 2.5 km away and is the town's ‘parlour’. The market square is a meeting place for locals and visitors, especially when the weather is nice. The nearest supermarket is approx. 1.1 km from the holiday flat. 

Cyclists in Warendorf have access to the Münsterland cycle path network (just 100 metres away) and the well-known themed routes ‘100 Castles Route’ and ‘Ems Cycle Path’. The cycle route of the historic town centres is practically on the doorstep. Telgte and Münster are very nice destinations for an excursion. Both towns can also be easily reached by train. Riders naturally feel particularly at home in the ‘horse capital’. The Warendorf riding route is ideal for rides. If you prefer the water, you should not miss out on a canoe trip on the Ems.

The approx. 50 m² holiday flat for 2 people offers a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine as well as a living area with satellite TV and DVD player. Special features include electric shutters and underfloor heating in the bathroom.

On sunny days you can use the furnished and covered garden terrace.
