Welcome to the two newly built high-quality holiday flats for 1 to 4 people in sustainable wooden construction (solid wood walls) with magnificent mountain views and large terrace or balcony. Climate-friendly FB heating with heat pump and PV system as well as central ventilation completely free of fossil fuels. The cosily furnished holiday flats are equipped to a high standard, each with a separate bedroom, spacious eat-in kitchen incl. dishwasher, microwave, large flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower/WC as well as its own washing machine. All the lighting is state-of-the-art LED technology. WLAN is available free of charge in the entire building. Parking is available directly at the house. 2 wall boxes with up to 11 kW for charging the batteries of e-cars + hybrid vehicles.
Environment description
Due to our central yet quiet location, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants or the bus stop in just a few minutes on foot. The train station is about one km away. Start your hikes, mountain tours or bike tours from here or relax on the terrace or balcony. Ideal starting point for excursions to Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Lake Chiemsee, etc.
