Our beautiful nature with the mountains and lakes directly in front of our "front door" invites you to go hiking or mountaineering, climbing, cycling, swimming, skiing or just to relax. Our beautiful terrace with large adjacent fenced pond, as well as our cosy barbecue and snack island, belong to the holiday flat, and therefore to our guests. We have our own private area so that our guests are as undisturbed as possible.

The 75 sqm apartment for max.5 adults offers you the following equipment:1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with three single beds, living room with large sofa, flat TV with satellite TV, digital radio, large dining table. Fully equipped kitchen(microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, oven with 3 ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer).Bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, 2 sinks.Also for our little guests we have provided. High chair, children's cutlery and plates, step stool in the bathroom are ready. Children up to 1 year are free of charge with us.Large garden with brick barbecue, fenced pond, separate sun terrace with deck chairs.

All excursion destinations such as Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee, Waging am See, Ruhpolding, etc. are very easy and quick to reach due to our central location. Due to the very good connection to the railroad line Munich-Salzburg, this is even possible without a car in 1-hour intervals.

Bed linen must be brought by yourself for 1 and 2 nights. Deposit for companies and workers is EUR 100,00, payment in advance at booking by bank transfer. For short term bookings cash on arrival. The mentioned prices do not include the health resort fee of EUR 1,00 per person/night for adults. Youths from 12-17 years pay the reduced fee of EUR 0,50 and children up to 11 years are exempt from the health resort fee.
