The holiday flat is located in a detached house with a separate entrance. The 50 sqm flat on the 1st floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms with double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower/WC. The garden of the house can be shared. 

The central room of the holiday flat is the living room with a comfortable couch, satellite TV and radio. The bedrooms each have double beds and wardrobes for your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities you need for a successful holiday, including an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The dining table is also located here (baby high chair available).

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are already included in the price.

If you arrive by car, you can park your vehicle on the street free of charge.

Description

The holiday flats "Beim Kreuzberg" are located halfway between the centre of Borken (approx. 2 km) and the Jugendburg Gemen, which is well worth seeing. The train station of Borken is approx. 800 m away. The nearest supermarket is only about 300 m away. The Aquarius leisure pool with its large sauna garden is approx. 2.4 km away.

There are great opportunities for cyclists. Follow the Aaroute to Bocholt, make a detour to Raesfeld Castle (approx. 12 km) or take to the bike paths of the Hohe Mark Nature Park. The entrance to the 4,500 km Münsterland cycle path network is only about 900 metres away. For hikers, the Hohe Mark offers numerous paths for short and longer hikes.

The 3 flats are divided into two houses and face each other on one street. There are: Ostlandstraße 21 up & down, and Ostlandstraße 30 up.
