Welcome to the cozy Haus am See vacation apartment. The bright, non-smoking ground floor apartment with a view of the green garden offers a pleasant living environment and extends over two floors. The separate entrance provides additional privacy, while the very quiet location with no through traffic is ideal for relaxing days.
You are only a few minutes' walk from the lake and the charming old town of Haltern am See with its restaurants, cafés, museums, and small shops. The Münsterland and Ruhr regions are also within easy reach and offer a wide range of leisure and cultural activities.
On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a light-filled living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the basement, there is a hallway and a quiet bedroom, perfect for restful nights.
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
An electric charging station is available in your public parking lot 400 meters away.
You will be living in a climate-neutral environment, with solar power or green electricity and heating provided by a geothermal system or the wood-burning stove.
