The holiday flat offers space for up to four people and has four bright and friendly bedrooms (2 rooms with single beds, 2 rooms with box-spring beds 200x200 cm). . The modern apartment is equipped with its own bathroom (shower, toilet and bath block) as well as a modern, new kitchen. The living and dining area is open and flooded with light and leaves nothing to be desired for a relaxed and stress-free stay.
Guests have access to a specially equipped ‘smoking corner’ in the garden and, in case of rain, a covered terrace that is protected from the weather.
There is also an e-bike charging station available for e-bike tourists. E-bikes and bicycles can also be stored in a secure location.

When tradition meets modernity. The "Haus Mara" was built in 1906 and completed in 2019 after a complete renovation.
The apartment is located right next to the city park. You will find all local amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, doctors and pharmacies in the immediate vicinity.
The "Haus Mara" is a non-smoking house - for the sake of your and our health!

Check-in: from 4 pm
Check-out: by 10 a.m. at the latest
- Ask for special conditions for bookings of four days or more
- Corporate customers/business customer prices by arrangement. These are based on the length of stay.
- 50% deposit by bank transfer upon booking
- The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 5 days before arrival
- Deposit € 150.00 - this will be refunded within 14 days if no damage has been caused
- If the service is canceled (30 days before arrival), a processing fee of 20%, maximum € 50.00 will be charged
- Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged if the apartment cannot be rented to another party
- Proof of liability insurance for any damage, as the vacation apartment has been exclusively furnished with new furniture
