The B&B Hotel Stuttgart-Neckarhafen is conveniently located in the Wangen district with good public transport and motorway connections. The Mercedes Benz Museum and the Mercedes-Benz Arena are within a 3 km radius. An ideal accommodation for business travellers and culturally interested excursionists who come to the Swabian metropolis alone, as a couple or with the whole family including dog. The B&B Hotel Stuttgart-Neckarhafen offers a total of 101 single, double and family rooms for up to four people, equipped with soundproof windows, air conditioning and private bathroom (shower/WC). Free extras such as WLAN and Sky TV as well as the hotel's own car park offer our guests additional comfort. A rich breakfast buffet, a snack and beverage vending machine in the hotel lobby as well as our Everyone's Bar provide even more comfort.

Directions for public transport

From the main station take the S1 in the direction of Kirchheim / Teck to the Untertürkheim stop, then change to the U13 in the direction of Hedelfingen to the Wangen Marktplatz stop. From there it is a 400m walk to the hotel.

Directions by public transport from Stuttgart airport

From the airport, take bus 65 in the direction of Obertürkheim to the Hedelfingen stop, then change to the U13 in the direction of Feuerbach Pfostenwäldle to the Hedelfingerstrasse stop. From there it is a 500 m walk to the hotel.

"We returned to the B&B as we usually do, mostly because it’s a friendly, welcoming environment. You don’t need to be the Ritz to be welcoming, just have everything that’s needed to be at hand. A word on the WiFi; it works just fine for mobiles/handys, but fails pitifully for laptops, due to a DNS configuration that’s essentially federated. Anything using the conventional TCP/IP stack will be confused. That said, the hotel is great value, nonetheless, and we’ll be back."

"The hotel standard is very good. The same solution everywhere in B&B Hotels, so no surprise. That is a big plus, you know what you will find and that it easy to book and get comfortable. The minuses are: there are no ceramic cups, no glasses whatsoever in the rooms, there is a noise in the bathroom coming from some kind of air flow/sucking system that is making a constant noise, actually loud, of an ”always on” fan; in some rooms there is no proper chair; in some room I stayed there was no where you could hang a towel in the bathroom."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and efficient everything was. The digital check-in via kiosk was straightforward and convenient, especially since we arrived outside regular hours. Accessing the building and rooms using the code sent to our email worked smoothly, making the whole process seamless. The amenities were basic but clean and more than sufficient for the price point. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable without compromising on cleanliness or functionality. One hiccup—my colleague’s room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. However, the emergency concierge line was responsive, and they quickly arranged for a room switch. While there wasn’t any compensation offered for the inconvenience, the swift handling of the issue was appreciated. Overall, a solid budget-friendly stay with good value for money. Would definitely consider staying again."

"The booking through the website was very easy and user friendly which led me to join B&Bme. However when I wanted to enter the reserved room this room was still in use with a person sleeping and having clothes everywhere - so the booking process of available room to be challenged and adopted to the better. The person at reception could not believe the fact but was then willing to give me an alternate room on the same floor. Due to late check-out it has been visible that there was no person at reception for a whole hour with a long queue of new guests including wheel-chair needed to be waiting. Overall a medium class stay with a good bed & bathroom .... so solid."

"We keep visiting the B&B at Wangen (Neckarharfn) because it is a consistent source of pleasure. OK, it doesn’t have the best of anything, it’s a B&B and not the Savoy, but what it does, it does well. It’s always a pleasure to see the same friendly manager and staff and be greeted as friends. The only glitch is the WiFi as used by laptops; it’s broken due to the DNS sharing that the B&B group use, and it’s not fixable by the hotel or IT staff. Note that portable devices such as phones, anything that can use the mobile phone services, work just fine and for that reason I suspect that B&B don’t realise they have an issue. Mobiles get their infrastructure info in the mobile phone info packets that are not messed with by the hotel IT and that’s why they work."

"We drove down to Stuttgart from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking in the hotel can get competitive at times but there is free parking in the street in front of the hotel too. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I have to single out Michael who was working the front desk while we were there, he was especially funny, professional, friendly and kind. He went out of his way to arrange an itinerary for places me and the family could visit while we were in town. Michael is an asset to the business.... he definitely helped make our stay great."
