"I recently stayed at one of your hotel Stuttgart Messe near the airport with my family for 2 nights, and it was an extremely disappointing experience.
Firstly, the temperature during our stay was around 31°C (88°F), and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. This made the room unbearably hot, and neither my children nor I could sleep throughout the night.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I called the reception around 3 AM, but no one answered the phone. Frustrated, I went down to the reception desk myself, only to find a sign stating "will be back soon." It appeared that the receptionist had gone for a nap, as I waited for 30 minutes, and no one showed up.
The next morning, I reported the problem to the reception staff. Their response was shockingly casual, with a mere "oh, ok," and not even an apology. I requested to change rooms, hoping for a better experience, but the new room was even worse. The air conditioning issue persisted, and once again, we couldn't sleep for the second night.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and care from the staff, combined with the unbearable heat and malfunctioning air conditioning, made our stay extremely unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Our experience was terrible, and it felt like the staff couldn't care less about our discomfort.
