The 60 m² holiday apartment is suitable for up to three guests. Located on the top floor, it is accessed separately via the staircase. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, and another with a single bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. In the living area, you’ll find a spacious sofa and a flat-screen TV, with direct access to the balcony. The large, partially covered balcony offers a table and two chairs—perfect for breakfast in the morning or relaxing evenings at sunset with a glass of wine. A sun lounger is also available. Amenities include towels, bed linen, hairdryer, internet access, satellite TV, a kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, table and kitchen linens, and a dining area with direct access to the balcony through two large floor-to-ceiling doors. Outside, there is a parking space for your car and secure bicycle storage. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Conditions/extras

Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the location of the booked accommodation, it must be paid on site. The host reserves the right to request a deposit from the time of booking and will contact the guest separately regarding this.
