Spacious and modern furnished vacation apartment in a quiet location. The 80 m2 large and bright apartment was extensively renovated in 2023. The living room with cozy dining area and corner couch is open to the kitchen and the counter with bar stools invites you to cook together. The kitchen is equipped with oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, kettle.The living room has a large flat screen TV, of course with lnternet connection. Another flat screen TV for Internet TV is in the cozy bedroom, which is equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200 with fixed mattresses and a bunk bed 80 x 200. The wide hallway with a large closet leads to the modern bathroom, which has a walk in shower with rain shower. Sufficient hooks and storage space as well as a hairdryer are available.The spacious south-east balcony has a table with chairs and two deck chairs, from which you can see a few mountain peaks between beautiful trees.

Von Österreich auskommend verlassen Sie an der Ausfahrt Grabenstätt die A8 in Richtung Chieming. Am Ortsende nehmen Sie im Kreisverkehr die 3. Ausfahrt und folgen der Straße bis Seeon-Seebruck.

Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Bei Ankunft stand eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüssung bereit. Danke dafür

Which negative impressions did you have?

Etwas ist jedoch zu bemängeln, die Wohnung sollte mit Fliegengitter bzw. Insektenschutztüren ausgestattet werden. Sobald tagsüber die Fenster bzw. Balkontüren geöffnet sind hat man Fliegen bzw. Wespen in der Wohnung und abends Mücken und Motten. Dies enmpfanden wir sehr störend.
