Description

A warm greeting from our vacation apartment "Birkenflair" in beautiful Seebruck on Lake Chiemsee. Our bright, lovingly furnished vacation apartment for up to four people is on the second floor and has a separate entrance (the entrance is on the ground floor the staircase is inside the apartment) and a balcony. From May a lockable bicycle garage is available. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house. The apartment is centrally located directly on the through road of Seebruck public transport stops in front of the house. The Chiemsee shore can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the Seebruck lido in about 12 and the boat landing stage in about 15 minutes. A supermarket and a bakery as well as restaurants in Seebruck are also within walking distance. Our non-smoking apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions and bike tours.

Situated on the northern shore of Lake Chiemsee, the state-approved climatic health resorts or recreational areas offer you a wide variety of possibilities for an exciting vacation. Nature and landscape reserves, as well as the mountain panorama of the Chiemgau Alps, together with the unique ambience of Seeon Monastery and probably the largest sailing harbor on Lake Chiemsee, form a versatile vacation region. Interesting themed cycling and hiking trails, also in the footsteps of the Romans and Celts, provide active variety. Annual event highlights, such as the big Festival of Lights, the changing events in the Bedaium Roman Museum or the contemplative Advent concerts in Seeon Monastery make the vacation an unforgettable experience, no matter what time of year.

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
As of 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night applies for adults. Children and young people from the age of 6 up to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00. House rules:No parties, hen parties or events.

Arrival Description

The freeway A8 Munich - Salzburg crosses the vacation region Chiemsee/Chiemgau. This gives you the advantage of being able to reach Seeon-Seebruck from Munich in about an hour. Take the freeway exit Bernau, from there you drive via Prien - Rimsting - Gstadt to your vacation destination Seeon-Seebruck. Coming from Austria, leave the A8 at the Grabenstätt exit in the direction of Chieming. At the end of the town take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle and follow the road to Seeon-Seebruck.
