A loft-like artist's studio on 2 levels surrounded by art, culture and nature welcomes you.Spend the most beautiful time of the year in the beautiful Chiemgau.Works by Ewald Stolze characterize the special ambience of this vacation home, fantastically located directly on the edge of the Bansee nature reserve.The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and various cultural sites delight nature and culture enthusiasts alike.The former studio was lovingly transformed into a vacation apartment with loft-like flair and exceptional ambience. It is distributed over 2 levels and offers enough space for 2 people. You enter the apartment on the ground floor through a separate entrance. Here you will find the wardrobe with a large closet. The adjoining bathroom is attractively designed and offers a shower with a seated bathtub. Various care products, hairdryer and towels are of course available. The living area with armchair and fireplace invites you to linger. Relax by the fireplace and open yourself to the artistic design - perhaps acoustically accompanied by a find from the long-playing record collection of the landlords. The kitchenette with table and seating is fully equipped. Coffee lovers will certainly be pleased with the high-quality fully automatic coffee machine. Coffee beans and various teas are available. The gallery on the upper floor can be reached via an open designer staircase. Here you will find the sleeping area with a king size bed, a couch with TV and a small library. Another couch, which can be transformed into a queen size bed if needed, is located right next to it. On the terrace, which is equipped with seating and a barbecue, you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature and the Chiemgau mountain range. SAT-TV, cable-TV, a stereo system, a long-playing record player as well as a wide selection of art books are of course also at your disposal. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.The studio apartment is adjacent to the owner's residence. WLAN is available free of charge

Arrival Description

The highway A8 Munich - Salzburg crosses the vacation region Chiemsee/Chiemgau. You can reach Seeon-Seebruck from Munich in about one hour. Take the highway exit Bernau, from there you drive via Prien - Rimsting - Gstadt to your vacation destination Seeon-Seebruck. At the road Obing-Seebruck opposite parking lot monastery Seeon direction Oberbrunn, after 600 m left (place name sign Wattenham) in the village follow the through road to the end of the cul-de-sac. You will find your accommodation on the left side. Coming from Austria, leave the A8 at the Grabenstätt exit in the direction of Chieming. At the end of the town take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle and follow the road to Seeon-Seebruck. At the road Obing-Seebruck opposite parking lot Kloster Seeon direction Oberbrunn, after 600 m turn left (place name sign Wattenham) in the village follow the through road to the end of the cul-de-sac. You will find your accommodation on the left side.
