Our house is built in alpine farmhouse style and is located about 50 m from Lake Chiemsee. Steam pier, boat rental, Faharradverleih, lido and marina, bus stop and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.Fahrradraum, parking (garage possible), barbecue area,connection to the supra-local bike paths. Wonderful golf courses in the near surroundings. Golf lessons also bookable in the house. Pets on request.

Nature and landscape reserves, as well as the mountain panorama of the Chiemgau Alps, together with the unique ambience of Seeon Monastery and probably the largest sailing harbor on Lake Chiemsee, form a versatile vacation region. Interesting themed cycling and hiking trails, also in the footsteps of the Romans and Celts, provide active variety. Annual event highlights, such as the big Festival of Lights, the changing events in the Bedaium Roman Museum or the contemplative Advent concerts in the Seeon Monastery make your vacation an unforgettable experience, no matter what time of year it is.

Arrival Description

Coming from Munich on the A 8 to exit Chieming/Grabenstätt, direction Chieming and through the town to the traffic lights, then turn left towards Seebruck, in Seebruck drive over the Alzbrücke and about 50 m after the bend you will find our house on the left side.

Which positive impressions did you have?

Zunächst ein großes Lob an die Damen in der Touristinfo , sehr freundlich , kompetent und hilfsbereit. Rund um den Chiemsee haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wetter war herrlich und die Menschen sehr nett. Die Beschilderung für die Wanderwege waren auch ok. Gerne wieder.

Which negative impressions did you have?

Für unsere Altersgruppe war das Zimmer unterm Dach beschwehrlich mit den Koffern zu erreichen. Auch waren die Betten unter der Dachschräge. Man musste sehr aufpassen , das man sich beim Aufstehen den Kopf an dem Balken stößt.
