Description

Our vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a private house, with its own front door, in a private side street, in the middle of Truchtlaching, in the municipality of Seeon- Seebruck. It has: a large living room with satellite TV (55 inch flat screen) and stereo, tiled stove, a parlor with dining table, a large kitchen with dining area, (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker,...), a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet (hairdryer available), two bedrooms with double beds and closet, a guest toilet, a storage or drying room with washing machine. The rooms are all furnished in country style. Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided. Built-in safe is available. To the apartment belongs a terrace, with table and chairs and a grill. We also have a lockable bicycle storage room, children's playground with swing, table tennis table and an inflatable boat for Alz raft trips, which we provide free of charge to our guests. You are welcome to use our infrared cabin (3 persons, incl. salt vaporizer) on request and for a fee. In front of the house is a car parking space and an e-charging station for cars (for a fee). Garage available for a fee and subject to availability. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, no pets.

Environment description

Vacation in the Chiemgau. Truchtlaching (Bavarian: Truchtling) is located in the Alztal, in the north of the district of Traunstein, in the heart of the Chiemgau, with its many hiking and recreational opportunities. It belongs to the municipality of Seeon- Seebruck. Lake Chiemsee is only about 5km away, and can be reached via a hiking trail both by bike (ca.20min) and on foot (ca.1h). Beautiful bathing places at the Chiemsee can be found in Seebruck, Chieming, Gstadt, Prien and on the Fraueninsel. The Alz, right here in Truchtling there is an outdoor pool with separate children's pool and playground. The Chiemgau Alps offer hiking enthusiasts hiking opportunities and tours for all ages and levels of difficulty. Traunstein (approx. 20km) and Rosenheim (approx. 30km) invite you to stroll around.

The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 0.80 per person/night for adults. Children from 11 to 16 years of age: € 0.40. Children up to 10 years of age: € 0.00.
As of 01.01.2024, a spa tax of € 1.50 per person/night applies for adults. Children and young people from the age of 6 to the age of 16: € 0.75. Children up to the age of 6: € 0.00. A charging station for electric cars is available to guests at the house for a fee.

Arrival Description

On the highway Munich - Salzburg A 8, take the exit Grabenstätt/Chieming. Drive towards Chieming, after passing through Chieming turn left at the traffic circle towards Seebruck, in the district of Egerer turn right towards Truchtlaching and follow the signs. In Truchtlaching take the 2nd street on the right and take the next street immediately on the right.
