Our vacation apartment 1 is located on the 1st floor on the south side of the farm, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. The apartment is partially above the barn, so you can especially at night, the life with animals on the farm something to experience / hear. It is comfortably furnished in a rural style, with a small kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms with a double bed each and a living-dining area. It also has a balcony where you can spend the evenings comfortably as well as look at the beautiful panorama.- Bathroom is/was renovated in winter 21/22 -.

The apartment 2 is located on the 2nd floor. It has its own balcony, with a lateral view of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. Parents also have a perfect view of the playground and can leave the children alone to romp in the courtyard. The vacation apartment is the largest in our house with 75 m². It has two bedrooms - one with two single beds - the second with a double bed and a single bed. Also the apartment has a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large kitchen with dining area and a separate living room.

This apartment is located in the opposite outbuilding. In the outbuilding is only this small cute apartment with about 50 m². On the ground floor of the apartment is a storage room and a small wardrobe. On the upper floor are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen in a small kitchenette and a rustic furnished living / dining room. The view from the balcony and kitchen/living room is right on the garden/playground, the Chiemsee and the beautiful Bavarian Alps. You also have the perfect view of the playground in this apartment, so you can let the kids run around in peace and still always know where they are.Attention. The stairs to the apartment is a little steeper than ordinary stairs! Likewise, have two horses standing next to the apartment. It is possible that you can hear them from time to time during the night.

Do you want a beautiful vacation on a farm with a magnificent view over the Bavarian Sea and the Chiemgau Alps? Then get in touch. We have five vacation apartments in the house and there is also a vacation apartment in the outbuilding. For children we have a trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, table tennis table, soccer goal, large play area and a great children's ropeway. We also have several animals on the farm such as, goats, cats, guinea pigs, dog, chickens, rabbits and cows. Pets are allowed on request and for a fee. A parking lot is also available. For nice evenings, we have a small barbecue hut and a fireplace which may be used at any time. For our cyclists, there is also a shelter/storage space for the bikes. About an inquiry/booking we would be very pleased. Please note that from fall to spring we only rent on request.We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance, because if a canceled date can not be reoccupied, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total cost. In case of re-occupancy, a handling fee of 10% of the total cost will be charged.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8, exit Bernau. Continue via Prien, Rimsting, Gstadt to Seebruck. Just before you get to Seebruck turn left to Burgham. Follow the road for about 500 m, we are the first farm on the right side. Or: B 304 Munich, Wasserburg, Obing, Seeon, Seebruck. In Seebruck turn right at the junction towards Prienabbiegen. After about 1 km turn right to Burgham.
