In only 3 minutes walking distance you can stroll to the Chiemsee shore, to the Alz river or to the sunny lido. The possibilities for leisure activities during your vacation at Lake Chiemsee seem almost unlimited: Directly in Seebruck, for example, you will find an outdoor pool, boat rentals, tennis courts, sailing schools and summer curling lanes. But also a romantic raft trip on the Alz will remain in your memory for a long time.For hikers and cyclists there is nothing left to be desired in and around Seebruck. Hike along marked hiking trails along the lakeshore or in the imposing mountain world of the Chiemgau Alps, which begins on the southern shore. Discover the beauty of Upper Bavaria and the Chiemsee region even more intensively while hiking. Many cycling vacation guests are enthusiastic about the well-signposted cycle paths, e.g. the Chiemsee circular route. A rental bike or rental e-bike is particularly well suited to actively explore the near and far surroundings and experience unforgettable vacation days.

Interesting themed cycling and hiking trails, also in the footsteps of the Romans and Celts, provide active variety. Annual event highlights, such as the big Festival of Lights, the changing events in the Bedaium Roman Museum or the contemplative Advent concerts in the Seeon Monastery make your vacation an unforgettable experience, no matter what time of year it is.

Arrival Description

The highway A8 Munich-Salzburg crosses the vacation region Chiemsee/Chiemgau. By car you drive to the freeway junction Bernau. Then you drive via Prien, direction Seebruck. Arrived in Seebruck, you are already in Rosenheimer Strasse. You will find our house on the left side. Our access road is Pfarrweg. As an alternative to the A8, we recommend you to leave the freeway ring Munich-East on the federal road 304 (direction Wasserburg, Obing). After the town of Obing, turn right in the direction of Seebruck. When you arrive in Seebruck, turn left at the intersection and then you are already in Rosenheimer Straße. On the left side you will find our house. Our access road is via Pfarrweg. By train from Munich or Salzburg to the stations Bad Endorf, Prien or Traunstein. From here there is a bus connection to Seebruck.
