Our lovingly designed holiday flat is located in our private home. The flat is a charming attic flat and offers cosy accommodation in a modern Alpine style across a total of 30 square metres. The sloping ceilings, featuring large recessed skylights, create a particularly cosy atmosphere. Typical of an attic flat is the partially reduced headroom, which emphasises the homely character and lends the rooms a warm, cosy feel. For added comfort on summer days, air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Outdoor seating is also available. This is located one floor below. You can access this cosy outdoor space directly and easily via the stairs leading to the flat. The flat is ideal for guests who appreciate quiet accommodation with a personal touch and Alpine charm in a private house.

The Rehkitz attic holiday flat is situated in a quiet location in the heart of Schönau am Kitz, on the sunny plateau of Oberschönau. An ideal base for all mountain and outdoor activities – whether hiking, mountaineering, cycling or winter sports. The bus stop is just 180 metres away. For your daily needs, there is a bakery, a butcher’s and several restaurants within walking distance. A bread roll delivery service is provided by a local bakery.

Direkt vor der Haustür beginnen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und aktive Erholung. In kurzer Zeit erreichen Sie den Königssee mit seiner beeindruckenden Bergkulisse, das Nationalparkgebiet rund um Watzmann und Jenner, zahlreiche Almen und Aussichtspunkte, das öffentliche Schwimmbad in Schönau. Auch kulturelle Ausflüge sind bequem möglich. Salzburg mit ihrer historischen Altstadt ist nur etwa 28km entfernt und ideal für einen Tagesausflug. Gesprochene Sprachen:Deutsch,Englisch
