Overview & Concept Six holiday apartments: The property comprises a total of six luxurious apartments with a combined capacity of up to 30 guests – ideal for couples, families or larger groups wishing to holiday together. Luxurious facilities & 5-star standard: Each apartment boasts an exquisite interior and the highest level of comfort. Apartment facilities in detail Kitchen: Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, oven, fine Villeroy & Boch crockery and a Nespresso coffee machine. Living area: In the living rooms, modern 43-inch+ UHD flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and connectivity. Wellness: An absolute highlight is the private sauna for exclusive use within the apartments, which promises pure relaxation after an active day. Bathroom: The bathrooms are equipped with fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. A washing machine rounds off the comprehensive facilities.

The surrounding national park, with its well-developed network of hiking and walking trails, invites you to explore unspoilt nature. Hiking & Mountaineering: Whether it’s leisurely alpine hikes, challenging mountain tours up the Watzmann or strolls through the idyllic Berchtesgadener Land – hiking enthusiasts will be in their element here. Winter sports: During the winter months, the villa’s prime location is a real asset thanks to its proximity to various ski resorts, cross-country ski trails and winter walking routes.

Getting to Villa Alpenrausch A warm welcome to Villa Alpenrausch (Waldhauserstr. 29, 83471 Schönau am Königssee)! To help you plan your journey with ease, you’ll find all the important directions here – whether you’re travelling by car or on public transport. 🚗 Travelling by car From the north / Munich: Take the A8 motorway from Munich to Salzburg. To avoid the toll sections through Austria, we recommend taking the last German motorway exit at Bad Reichenhall (No. 115). Continue on the B20: After the exit, follow the B20 via Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden. Arrival in Schönau: In Berchtesgaden, drive past the main railway station and continue towards Königssee / Schönau. As soon as you approach the destination area, your sat-nav will guide you directly to our address at Waldhauserstraße 29. Parking: Free on-site parking is available right next to our property. 🚆 Travelling by public transport By train: Your destination station is Berchtesgaden Main Station. This has excellent connections via Freilassing and the regional rail network (e.g. the Bayerische Regiobahn / BRB). Continuing by bus: From Berchtesgaden railway station, Regionalverkehr Oberbayern (RVO) will take you easily to Schönau am Königssee in just a few minutes (e.g. on bus routes heading towards Königssee).
