The holiday flat, approx. 45 m2 in size, is a self-contained flat on two floors, i.e. the bedroom and shower/WC are located in the basement. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with a dining area, sofa suite (pull-out) and kitchenette, as well as the hallway. The flat has a sunny terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains. The furnishings are comfortable and include satellite TV and radio. A washing machine is available in the house. Please discuss your arrival time with us. A private parking space is available free of charge for your car, or a garage is available on request (for a fee). The holiday flats are the ideal starting point for numerous walks, hikes or mountain tours in the unspoilt nature of the Alpine National Park. By car or from the nearby bus stop, you can easily reach the well-known excursion destinations of the Berchtesgadener Land or the neighbouring towns of Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in the surrounding area.
