The Kahlersberg apartment (55 m2) is located on the ground floor of the house. Access is via a small staircase from the parking lot, followed by another staircase to the front door (not wheelchair accessible). The apartment is located in the old part of the house, built in 1931, on the east side with north- and south-facing windows. The large garden to the north and the panoramic terrace to the east are accessible via the entrance area. From the entrance door, you'll find the kitchen with a dining area, the living room, a utility room, the bathroom with a shower/bathtub/shower/outside window, and the bedroom. Salvaged Voglauer furniture from bygone eras completes the experience, along with a unique view of the Kehlstein, the Hoher Göll, the Hagengebirge mountains, and-of course-the Kahlersberg.
