Attention! Reduced price due to construction work on the toboggan run! As construction noise is to be expected, the apartment is temporarily being offered at a 30% discount. Haus Seeblick is located on the edge of the forest, approx. 75 metres above Königssee, in a quiet and almost secluded location. The world-famous artificial ice bobsleigh and toboggan run is in the immediate vicinity and within direct sight. The location is ideal for mountain tours, via ferrata adventures (first house on site) and those seeking relaxation and panoramic views. Königssee is a five-minute walk away and the centre of Schönau can be reached in about 15 minutes. The garden and terrace offer an excellent view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Arrival Description
In Schönau am Königssee, in the Unterstein district, turn into Hofreitstraße 100 meters south of the Schornbad, then continue straight ahead, at the intersection with Zulehenweg and the barrier sign for the artificial ice rink, continue straight ahead (residents are exempt), then at the Jodlerweg fork - Rodelbahnweg, keep right and climb the last hill to Haus Seeblick.
