The Kahlersberg apartment (55 m2) is located on the ground floor of the house. Access is via a small staircase from the parking lot, followed by another staircase to the front door (not wheelchair accessible). The apartment is located in the old part of the house, built in 1931, on the east side with north- and south-facing windows. The large garden to the north and the panoramic terrace to the east are accessible via the entrance area. From the entrance door, you'll find the kitchen with a dining area, the living room, a utility room, the bathroom with a shower/bathtub/shower/outside window, and the bedroom. Salvaged Voglauer furniture from bygone eras completes the experience, along with a unique view of the Kehlstein, the Hoher Göll, the Hagengebirge mountains, and-of course-the Kahlersberg. Functional furnishings alternate with an alpine ambience. Welcome!

Attention! Reduced price due to construction work on the toboggan run! As construction noise is to be expected, the apartment is temporarily being offered at a 30% discount. Haus Seeblick is located on the edge of the forest, approx. 75 metres above Königssee, in a quiet and almost secluded location. The world-famous artificial ice bobsleigh and toboggan run is in the immediate vicinity and within direct sight. The location is ideal for mountain tours, via ferrata adventures (first house on site) and those seeking relaxation and panoramic views. Königssee is a five-minute walk away and the centre of Schönau can be reached in about 15 minutes. The garden and terrace offer an excellent view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.

The prices listed include a tourist tax of EUR3.10 for adults, EUR1.55 for children/young people aged 7 to 16, and EUR0.00 for children aged 0-6 per person per day of stay (discounts and changes subject to change). The apartment is not available for rental to persons for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or similar events, nor to seasonal or assembly workers. Arrival Description

In Schönau am Königssee, in the Unterstein district, turn into Hofreitstraße 100 meters south of the Schornbad, then continue straight ahead, at the intersection with Zulehenweg and the barrier sign for the artificial ice rink, continue straight ahead (residents are exempt), then at the Jodlerweg fork - Rodelbahnweg, keep right and climb the last hill to Haus Seeblick.
