The BERGSONNE holiday flat is very centrally located between the famous 'Königssee' and the well-known climatic health resort 'Berchtesgaden'. Who does not know the legendary 'Watzmann', so to speak our local mountain. The holiday flats are the ideal starting point for numerous walks, hikes or mountain tours in the unspoilt nature of the Alpine National Park. You can easily reach the famous excursion destinations of the Berchtesgadener Land or the neighbouring towns of Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall by car or from the nearby bus stop. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Auch eine Anzahl von Gaststätten erreichen Sie bequem in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Kurze Wege zu allen wichtigen Einrichtungen wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tourist-Information, Gradierwerk. In nur ca. fünf Autominuten erreichen Sie den malerischen Königssee mit dem berühmten Echo und der Wallfahrtskirche St. Bartholomä und den Jenner, der im Sommer ideal als Ausgangspunkt für eine Hüttentour über das Steinerne Meer gilt und im Winter das größte Wintererlebnisgebiet im Berchtesgadener Land ist.

Arrival Description

By car: Coming from the Munich/Salzburg motorway (A8), take the Bad Reichenhall exit in the direction of Berchtesgaden, cross the Hallthurmer Berg in the direction of Bischofswiesen, continue on the ring road to Berchtesgaden railway station. Take the first exit on the right towards Schönau am Königssee on the Oberschönauerstraße. After approx. 3 km you will see the entrance to Modereggweg on the left-hand side. The first house on the right-hand side is Modereggweg 4Ferienwohnung Bergsonne!!! Train: Very easy, as Berchtesgaden is the last railway station. Just don't forget to change trains in Freilassing (if necessary), otherwise you will end up in Salzburg. From the railway station it is only a few minutes by bus (or taxi) to the Bergsonne flat (Haus Ahorn stop). Plane: The nearest airport is Salzburg Airport, about 20 minutes away. Munich is about 1.5 hours away.
