Description
In the middle of the Berchtesgaden valley basin, we welcome you to our agricultural property. The house, newly built in 2022, combines the traditional charm of a farmhouse with modern living comfort. The house borders on our agricultural meadow and thus offers an unobstructed, unspoilt view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The central location in the Oberschönau district is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. In the immediate vicinity you will find a grocery shop and a bus stop, as well as inns, bakery, a Kneipp facility and in winter a cross-country ski trail. Be our guest and feel at home.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 3.10 for adults, EUR 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and EUR 0.00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. Arrival Description
You are driving from the A8 Munich towards Salzburg. Take the Bad Reichenhall exit. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (From Bad Reichenhall follow the signs for Berchtesgaden on the B20, passing through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen. After this village, follow the bypass in the direction of Königssee until you reach the 305 federal road. There you turn right in the direction of Schönau a. Königssee / Ramsau. Follow the main road 305 and drive through the district of Engedy. At the next junction, turn left over the bridge into Duftberg. Follow this road in the right of way to the left until you reach our house Untergrünsteinlehen.
