Our newly built holiday flat, classified with 4**** stars, is located on the upper floor of the Hochlenzerblick house and can be reached via an external staircase. It has its own sunny balcony with a marvellous mountain view. The flat is equipped with satellite TV, WLAN, living room, bedroom, kitchen with dining area and a modern bathroom. In the kitchen you will find a cooker with oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, egg cooker, fridge and freezer. With the guest card you can use the buses of the Regionalverkehr Oberbayern (RVO) free of charge.

Description

You will find our house in the heart of Schönau at the picturesque Königssee. The fantastic and quiet location is the starting point for many beautiful hikes and bike tours. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the Königssee, the Jennerbahn and the leisure pool Schornbad. Beer garden, restaurants and pizzeria, as well as shopping facilities are within walking distance. A car parking space is directly at the house.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (If you continue driving VIGNETTENPFLICHT!)From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.From there take the exit towards Königssee, at the end of the town turn right down Untersteinerstraße. Follow Untersteinerstraße and cross the center of Schönau am Königssee. After the EDEKA market (on the right) turn right and drive up a small hill into Waldhauserstraße. Follow Waldhauserstraße and turn left after the pharmacy into Artenreitring. Follow Artenreitring and turn right into Artenreitweg. At the next possibility turn left and drive to Anton-Adner-Straße 12, Haus Hochlenzerblick.
