Newly built in 2015! In our 2015 newly built house is on the 1st floor / ground floor an apartment for 2-5 people. Our apartment has two separate bedrooms, cozy eat-in kitchen with dining area, couch, 2 balconies, two TVs and free wi-fi. Bathroom with shower/WC. In one of the bedrooms an additional 3rd sleeping accommodation is possible. A baby equipment with crib, bathtub and toilet seat are available. Our eat-in kitchen is equipped with a Dolce Gusto capsule machine. We are looking forward to your stay.

New building 2015! In our 2015 newly built house is on the 1st floor / ground floor an apartment for 2-5 people. Our small, detached farm is located directly at the foot of the Watzmann in absolute isolation. Breathtaking mountain view of Watzmann, Hochkalter and Reiteralm! Hammerstiel and Wimbachbrücke are as hiking starting points within a few minutes walk. Our apartment has two separate bedrooms, cozy eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch, 2 balconies, two TVs and free wi-fi. Bathroom with shower/WC. Arrival Description

Take the A8 Munich-Salzburg to the Bad Reichenhall exit (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) and follow the B20 in the direction of Berchtesgaden. After the village Bischofswiesen you drive in the direction of Ramsau until you reach the village Engedey (approx. 5 km). In Engedey turn left towards Schönau den Duftberg. After approx. 900 m keep right into the Hammerstielstraße. After approx. 300m this road leads into Hinterschönauer Weg until you reach Restenweg and our house at the end of the road.
