On the south side are two large skylights, from which you can count the stars as you fall asleep. The very cozy apartment is about 35 square meters in size, completely covered with wooden boarding and light laminate flooring and is ideally suited for 2 people. Your parking space is directly at the house.

Our beautiful holiday flat Romy is located on the 1st floor of our house Maria and has a living-dining area, a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with shower. From the living room and the bedroom you can access the large sunny balcony - furnished with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. Here you can really switch off with a view of the surrounding mountains. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and all cooking utensils. Our beautiful Haus Maria is situated in a quiet, yet central location in the heart of Schönau a. Königssee and only 2 km from the Königssee and the Jenner, at the foot of the Alpine National Park. The perfect starting point for many great excursions and beautiful hikes. The nearest bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. The village centre with supermarket, bakery and tourist information is just a few minutes away, and there are also several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Das Haus Maria wird von uns, der Familie Stübler, mit viel Herz und persönlichem Engagement geführt. Als familiengeführter Betrieb legen wir großen Wert auf eine herzliche Atmosphäre und persönliche Betreuung. Direkt nebenan lebt ein Teil unserer Familie, und nur rund 200 Meter entfernt betreiben wir zusätzlich das Gästehaus Germania. Durch unsere langjährige Erfahrung als Gastgeber und unsere enge Verbundenheit mit Schönau am Königssee stehen wir Ihnen gerne mit Tipps zu Ausflügen, Wanderungen und der Region zur Seite. Unser Ziel ist es, dass Sie sich bei uns willkommen fühlen und einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt genießen.

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the Berchtesgaden train station. There, take the exit towards Königssee and follow the road. At the end of the town, turn right and drive down Untersteinerstraße. Follow the Untersteinerstraße. You will cross the center of Schönau am Königssee and pass an EDEKA store (on your right). Shortly after, turn right and drive up a small hill into Waldhauserstraße. Opposite the Berchtesgadener Land Clinic, turn left into Artenreitring. Take the 1st street to the right. Our house is the 4th house on the right side.
