Description

Our guesthouse Obersulzberglehen is sunny, quiet and free on a hill of Schönau and in the middle of a meadow, but central. A heated outdoor swimming pooladd open from May to mid-October and is available to our guests. The sunbeds can be used free of charge at the pool. From the pool and from the whole property the whole Berchtesgaden mountain panorama rises all around. Watzmann, Göll, Brett, Jenner, Kehlstein, Grünstein, Hochkalter, Reiteralpe etc. From us you can do all kinds of hikes without using your car. Jenner, Königssee, Berchtesgaden etc. The bus stop can be reached in 20 minutes. The rooms in the house are all rustically furnished with shower/WC, balcony and TV. Guest refrigerator available. Our guests can expect a rich breakfast buffet. We have our own alpine pastures which you are welcome to visit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Outdoor pool closed from 01.10.22 - 01.05.23.

The above prices are plus spa tax of EUR 3.10 for adults, EUR 1.55 for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and EUR 0.00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)

Arrival Description

You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg. Take the exit Bad Reichenhall. This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.you drive through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the big traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.from there take the exit to Königssee on the B20, at the end of the town turn right down into Untersteinerstraße. Continue for about 600m and then turn right into Sulzbergweg. The second farmhouse is on the right side.
